Definition of Criteria (Charrette Meeting).

This meeting will be the beginning of the project, and the DESIGN TEAM, THE CLIENT and the ENGINEERING TEAM of THE CLIENT must attend. Other interested parties may also attend.

Master plan

• Surrounding Soil Uses Analysis.

• Request for additional information. (Information provided by the client).

• Analysis of Regulations for Land Use.

• Preparation of Master Plan.

• Tables of Areas according to land uses.

• Calculation of Project Densities.

• Coordination Meetings.

• Concept Presentation. 

• Conceptual Landscaping Design.

• Architectural plans and references.

The Urban Design service in Panama includes the preparation of Master Plans with their respective zoning that varies depending on the geographical location where they are located. Once the Master Plan or Master Plan has been drawn up, a Management Scheme is drawn up  Territorial or EOT that allows us to request from MIVIOT the regulations that we propose in the Conceptual Design.
