A. General Code

 

Ideas Group International SA Code of Ethics

 

1. Integrity and professional ethics

1.1. Ideas Group International SA employees must maintain the highest standards of integrity and professional ethics in all interactions related to the company and its clients.

1.2. Fraud, corruption, embezzlement, unfair competition or any other form of dishonest behavior will not be allowed. Employees must act fairly, transparently and responsibly in all business transactions.

1.3. The confidentiality of customer, business partner and company information must be respected and protected at all times. Confidential information will not be disclosed without proper authorization.

 

2. Quality of work

2.1. Ideas Group International SA employees should strive to deliver the highest quality work on all projects and services provided. They must comply with relevant professional standards and regulations.

2.1. If employees establish or maintain a personal or romantic relationship with another collaborator of Ideas Group International SA, it is recommended that they disclose it confidentially to human resources management or their supervisor.

2.2. Early disclosure of personal relationships can help prevent conflicts of interest and ensure transparency in the workplace.

 

3. Conflict of interest

3.1. If a personal or romantic relationship between employees creates a real or perceived conflict of interest, the employees involved should notify their supervisor or human resources.

3.2. Conflicts of interest must be managed fairly and transparently, prioritizing the interests of the company and avoiding any prejudice to decision-making or impartiality at work.

 

4. Fair treatment and harassment

4.1. Personal relationships must not interfere with equal opportunities, fair treatment and respect for all employees of Ideas Group International SA
