The Urban Design service covers the preparation of Master Plans with their respective zoning that varies depending on the geographical location where they are located. Once the Master Plan or Master Plan is ready, a Territorial Planning Scheme or EOT is prepared that allows us to request from MIVIOT the regulations that we propose in the Conceptual Design.
Finally, when our EOT is approved, we move on to develop the Urban Preliminary Project, in these sets of plans to our Master Plan, directions and coordinates are added and it is approved in the MIVIOT single window. And so we arrive at the last phase of Urban Design, which are the infrastructure plans, where the cuts and fills of our project are defined, the electrical, rainwater and sanitary infrastructure is developed, in addition to other important aspects for an urban project. The Infrastructure Plans as well as the Preliminary Project and Planning Scheme must be approved by the corresponding institution.
