Design Consulting covers the part-time and remote collaboration of a Design Ally (AD) of Grupo Ideas. We thus offer you the possibility of having a highly trained staff in various Design software at a very competitive cost through a monthly subscription to this service

Quantity

1. The Design Ally will be presented to the client by Grupo Ideas Panama through a virtual meeting at the beginning of the consultation.

2. The Design Ally will work based on objectives and deliverables at a convenient time for him and for THE CLIENT, without the need for a record of hours. It will be evaluated by assignment specifics.

3. THE CLIENT may terminate the consultation through a notification to Grupo Ideas Panama 15 days before the next billing date, otherwise he will be penalized with a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the monthly service payment ($200).

4. It will be possible to schedule 2 weekly meetings with THE CLIENT and the Design Ally to monitor projects and assignments, it will be carried out through a digital platform.

5. Projects will be managed through Project Management Platforms if the client does not have one, Bitrix and Tresorit will be used.

6. It will be billed monthly, if, for example, the services are purchased on June 15, the next invoice will be on July 15.

7. The service fees must be canceled in the first 10 days after the invoice has been issued, if this is not the case, pending deliveries may be suspended until they are up to date, the first payment is in advance.
